Compensation: 2,200 USD per project, per month + performance bonus up to 10%

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both front-end and back-end development and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.

Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end applications.

Develop secure and scalable back-end services and APIs.

Work with databases and data-driven applications.

Integrate third-party services and APIs.

Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize applications.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members.

Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience in full-stack development.

Experience with one or more backend technologies such as C#/.NET, Java, or Ruby on Rails.

Strong knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular.

Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.

Good understanding of databases and data management.

Experience with cloud technologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team.

Good English communication skills.
