Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Data Engineering and backend development to join the AI & Data Analytics team working on B2B Data Products.

This is a hands-on role focused on building, improving, and industrializing data pipelines, Spark-based workflows, and internal data applications. You will work closely with engineering, analytics, product, and platform teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.

Role Focus

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and backend data-processing solutions
• Build Spark-based workflows using Python, SQL, and Databricks or similar platforms
• Transform, validate, and structure data for analytical and operational use cases
• Contribute to data modelling, data warehousing, and data architecture decisions
• Develop and maintain internal tools supporting engineers, analysts, or data scientists
• Improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of existing data workflows
• Support deployment, testing, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Product, and Platform teams
• Document technical solutions and contribute to engineering best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or backend software development
• Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL
• Experience with Databricks or a similar platform for Spark-based workflows, data engineering, or notebook-driven processing
• Good understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and data architecture principles
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production
• Basic knowledge of container environments such as Docker
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred

Bonus Points

• Experience with AWS or another cloud data platform
• Familiarity with Scala or an interest in functional programming
• Experience with ReactJS
• Experience with data visualization or supporting BI and analytics teams
• Background in building internal tools for engineers, analysts, or data scientists
