We are looking for an experienced AI Full-Stack Developer to build and improve intelligent, scalable web applications. You will work across the complete technology stack, with a strong focus on React, Java, Apache Cassandra, APIs, and practical AI integrations.

This role is suited to a medior or senior developer who enjoys turning business requirements into reliable products and can take ownership from technical design through deployment.

What you will do

• Develop responsive web applications using React and TypeScript
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with Java and Spring Boot
• Design and optimize data models in Apache Cassandra
• Integrate AI models and services into customer-facing products
• Build features using LLMs, structured outputs, embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation
• Connect internal and external systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
• Translate product requirements into maintainable technical solutions
• Write clean, well-tested, and documented code
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and security
• Review code and help improve development standards
• Troubleshoot issues across the frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with product, design, and commercial teams
• Support and mentor other developers where appropriate

Technical environment

Our main technologies include:

• React and TypeScript
• Java and Spring Boot
• Apache Cassandra
• REST APIs and microservices
• AI and LLM APIs
• Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Docker and cloud-based infrastructure

Experience with additional technologies such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, Elasticsearch, vector databases, or relational databases is beneficial.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend development
• Solid Java development experience, preferably with Spring Boot
• Experience working with Apache Cassandra or another distributed NoSQL database
• Good understanding of API design, authentication, and system integrations
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered functionality
• Understanding of scalable software architecture and distributed systems
• Ability to write reliable, maintainable, and testable code
• Familiarity with automated testing, Git workflows, and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions
• Professional English communication skills

AI experience

You do not need to be a machine-learning researcher. We are looking for a strong software developer who knows how to use AI technologies effectively in real products.

Relevant experience may include:

• Integrating models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source providers
• Building AI agents, assistants, recommendation systems, or automation workflows
• Implementing RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or vector databases
• Designing prompts and structured model outputs
• Evaluating model quality, latency, cost, and reliability
• Implementing safeguards, monitoring, and fallback behaviour
