Full Stack Software Engineer

A&C Tech Inc. develops digital entertainment products powered by AI. Our platform, RexTrix, brings together short-form shows, mini games, and AI-powered content creation to deliver engaging experiences for users and creators.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and improve RexTrix across frontend interfaces, backend services, and AI integrations. This role requires hands-on development, sound technical judgment, and ownership of features from requirements and design through deployment and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, intuitive web interfaces and reliable backend services for content discovery, playback, games, and creator tools.

• Deliver features end to end, including frontend components, APIs, database design, third-party integrations, and deployment.

• Integrate generative AI services into product workflows, with attention to output quality, safety, latency, and cost.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, content teams, and engineering colleagues to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and deliver practical solutions.

• Write maintainable code, document technical decisions, and participate in code reviews.

• Build automated tests and support CI/CD workflows to enable reliable releases.

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues; improve application performance, security, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on frontend and backend development.

• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills and experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.

• Proficiency in at least one backend language or runtime, such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go, and experience designing and integrating APIs.

• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and practical data modeling.

• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on a major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Working knowledge of Git, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Ability to independently deliver production features, troubleshoot across the stack, and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating LLMs or other generative AI models, including prompt design, retrieval, and output evaluation.

• Experience with consumer applications, digital media, gaming, or content creation platforms.

• Familiarity with video delivery, subscriptions, payments, or user analytics and experimentation.

• Experience with Docker, infrastructure as code, or application monitoring tools.

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and working in a fast-moving product environment.
