Work in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team on a global, multi-tenant, real-time service with thousands of concurrent users, developing platforms that support contact center agents.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation by actively caring about the product and its users.
• Develop highly performant, secure, and scalable services that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Continuously improve and automate the monitoring and deployment of our cloud service.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field / or relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening
• 2+ years of relevant experience building Front End Applications
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js / React
• Knowledge of state management (e.g., experience with Pinia for centralized state)
• Ability to build real-time applications; understanding of Web Sockets and REST API

• Ability to responsibly utilize AI tools to enhance development productivity and quality
