Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to develop and maintain our websites, web applications and digital business tools.

You will work on modern, user-friendly and scalable digital solutions – from frontend interfaces and content management systems to backend services, databases and integrations with external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern websites, web applications and digital business tools.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
• Develop and maintain backend functionality, APIs and database-driven applications.
• Develop interactive solutions such as customer portals, product configurators, sales tools and internal business applications.
• Implement secure authentication, user accounts, roles, permissions and access management.
• Develop and maintain content management systems (CMS), including content structures, user roles and permissions.
• Integrate external platforms and services through APIs.
• Integrate existing AI-powered services and functionality into websites and web applications.
• Develop and maintain e-commerce functionality where required.
• Implement and continuously improve technical SEO and ensure search-engine-friendly website structures.
• Optimize applications regarding performance, usability, accessibility and security.
• Test, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing websites and applications.
• Ensure clean code, version control and appropriate technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Web Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js or comparable technologies.
• Experience with modern backend development and server-side applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and database-driven applications.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with CMS development and administration, including user roles and permissions.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization and web security.
• Good knowledge of technical SEO, web performance and responsive design.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Ability to develop maintainable, scalable and well-structured applications.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into web applications.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment integrations.
• Experience with PHP or maintaining existing legacy web applications.
• Experience with automated testing and application monitoring.
