Full-Stack Website Developer (WordPress / other CMS)

BigLeap-Media is looking for a skilled and motivated Website Developer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in WordPress and other CMS platforms, with the ability to build, customize, maintain, and optimize modern websites.

You will work on different client projects, including business websites, eCommerce websites, landing pages, and custom CMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Work with themes, plugins, page builders, and custom solutions
• Create responsive and user-friendly website designs
• Customize CMS websites according to client requirements
• Manage website updates, migrations, backups, and troubleshooting
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO requirements
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, and marketing platforms
• Collaborate with designers and marketing team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in WordPress website development
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor/WPBakery
• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce websites
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with other CMS platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of website speed optimization and basic SEO practices
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms
• Knowledge of hosting, domains, DNS, and website migrations
• Experience working with client websites
• Understanding of responsive design principles
