Full Stack Windows Application Developer

• Bachelors degree in software engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong experience in C++ for native Windows development.
• Solid knowledge of Win32 API and MFC.
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and MSBuild.
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing/legacy Windows applications.
• Understanding of hardwareinterfacing or systemlevel software.
• Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
• Good communication, reporting, and timemanagement skills.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Experience using TDD (TestDriven Development) methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps tools.
• Experience with databases or structured data storage.
• A customeroriented approach with knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Experience upgrading applications to support newer Windows or Microsoft Visual Studio versions.
• Strong customerfocused mindset with attention to usability.
