Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Element Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. This is a full-time position working the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s front desk system.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservations and room assignments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM), Open availability
• Proficient with front desk software and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
