Full Time 2nd Shift Custodian

Nottingham School District has an opening for a second shift custodian. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodian maintenance jobs. Responsibilities include: maintaining, cleaning and disinfecting all areas of a facility. Perform basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance of an assigned building and associated grounds including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, and possibly snow removal etc. Successful candidates will have the ability to help to maintain a secure facility at all times to ensure a safe school and working environment. Provide high level customer service for school events and community activities including set-up/clean-up. there is a considerable amount of physical activity as physical work is a primary part of the job. Required physical work examples; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
