In this position, you will support clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes, offering knowledgeable guidance and professional assistance from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent presence in the office five days a week to foster teamwork and support.
• Conduct one open house each week to generate interest and attract potential buyers.
• Complete 100 phone calls daily to cultivate leads and expand your client base.
• Attend all scheduled team meetings punctually and actively participate.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt by engaging with our established, effective system.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent seeking new opportunities for growth and success.

Compensation $144,000 - $300,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
