Job Description Dishwasher – Full-Time & Part-Time

Lions Gate CCRC | Voorhees, NJ Lions Gate CCRC is seeking dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our Dining Services team! We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling options that may be ideal for students or individuals looking for shorter shifts.

No prior experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and the opportunity to become part of a team dedicated to providing quality dining services to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the dishwashing area before and after meal service.
• Prepare and operate the dishwashing machine according to established procedures.
• Scrape, sort, rack, and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Return clean dishes and equipment to their designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area.
• Work cooperatively with other dishwashers and Dining Services team members.
• Follow all established sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain and follow the dietary laws and procedures required in our kosher dining environment.

Requirements

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn proper dishwashing, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be willing to follow the dietary laws and procedures necessary to maintain a kosher environment.
• Applicants under 18 must obtain a valid work permit when required by applicable state law.
