FULL-TIME ARCHI/INTERIOR DESIGNER

About the role

Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept development to project completion, managing all aspects of design coordination, space planning, and FF&E specification to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept development to project completion.
• Develop space planning layouts, design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Prepare and develop full construction drawing sets, including detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and interior details.
• Select, specify, and coordinate Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), including finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and décor.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, construction, and contractor teams to ensure proper design implementation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design coordination to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure all design outputs meet functional, aesthetic, ergonomic, and building code requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to ensure accuracy and design quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for material specifications, procurement, and implementation.
• Attend client meetings, project coordination meetings, and site inspections as needed.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with senior-level or leadership experience.
• Licensed Interior Designer is required.
• Strong expertise in space planning, interior design principles, aesthetics, and design detailing.
• Proficiency in construction drawings, technical documentation, and coordination with architecture teams.
• Experience in FF&E selection, specification, and procurement processes.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, & D5 Render.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in interior design, space planning, and project implementation.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline, budget, and team coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills.
