Full Time Associate

Choosing a home internet plan can feel like a chore. Most customers just want something that works and a straight answer about what it will cost. At Azura Direct Solutions, we're looking for a Full Time Associate who enjoys being that straight answer, face to face.

As a Full Time Associate, you'll meet customers where they are, whether that's at an event, in a retail setting, or out in the community. You'll find out how they use the internet at home, then show them which service fits. You won't be pushing a script. You'll be having real conversations that leave customers feeling informed and glad they stopped to talk.

What You'll Do as a Full Time Associate

• Start friendly, in-person conversations with customers and learn what matters most to their household
• Explain internet plans and speeds in plain language, without jargon or pressure
• Match each customer with the option that suits how they live, work, and unwind
• Answer questions honestly and follow through on what you say you'll do
• Guide interested customers through sign-up, step by step, so they feel confident in their choice
• Check back with prospects who need time to think and help them finish when they're ready
• Represent Azura Direct Solutions with professionalism and a positive attitude every day
