We are a Diamond Tier Top 1% Invisalign provider nationwide, consistently attracting over 130 new patients monthly. We are seeking a high-caliber, long term Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience who excels in comprehensive treatment planning and sophisticated patient communication.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (4 or 4.5 day week for optimal work-life balance).

Requirements:

• Clinical Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-graduate clinical practice with a proven track record of high-production excellence.
• Invisalign Mastery: Advanced proficiency in clear aligner therapy and digital workflows (iTero experience preferred); confident in handling complex cases.
• Comprehensive Care: Strong foundation in comprehensive restorative dentistry, biomimetic/preventative protocols, and treatment planning.
• Communication & Culture: Exceptional patient rapport and case presentation skills that fit our high-touch, luxury patient experience.
