Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services, including mobile devices, plans, and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos to educate customers and enhance their purchasing experience.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy using POS systems and managing cash drawer procedures.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is inviting, well-maintained, and aligned with merchandising standards.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock counts, and supporting merchandising efforts to promote key items effectively.
• Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service delivery.

Experience

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a technology or telecommunications environment.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles within retail settings are highly valued.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits to diverse customers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to serve a broader customer base effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations is essential for success in this role.
• Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques that drive sales growth.
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising standards, and customer service best practices.
