What they need
The Colorado Cookie Company is looking for a dependable, steady baker to handle much of our day-to-day baking and scratch production. This is a hands-on production role with a 6:00 AM start, Monday through Friday during most of the year. After training, the baker works very independently and is responsible for keeping daily production moving, maintaining prepared dough inventory, and making sure baked products are ready when needed.Professional baking experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who enjoys baking, follows recipes carefully, works consistently, and takes real ownership of their responsibilities.

- Communicates well with managers and coworkers
- Maintains a positive, cooperative approach during busy production days
- Is comfortable with repetitive production work and routine cleaning responsibilities
- Has an interest in baking and learning how products are made from scratch
Previous professional baking experience is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in finding someone dependable who has the right attitude, enjoys baking, and can learn our production methods.
