Full Time Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Staff Management

• Hire, train, and schedule bartenders and bar staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Ensure team follows service standards and safety regulations

2. Customer Service

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle complaints or difficult situations professionally
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere

3. Inventory & Ordering

• Monitor stock levels (alcohol, mixers, supplies)
• Order inventory and manage supplier relationships
• Reduce waste and control costs

4. Financial Management

• Track sales, budgets, and profit margins
• Manage cash handling and daily financial reporting

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations
• Enforce age verification policies
• Maintain cleanliness and health standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in bar or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
• Basic financial and inventory management skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
