Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Full Time Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service in a lively restaurant environment. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Experience with spirits, mixology, and cocktail creation is essential to excel in this position.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails.
• Demonstrate expertise in spirits and mixology to craft high-quality drinks tailored to customer preferences.
• Manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Use POS systems accurately to process orders, payments, and maintain transaction records.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and other bar supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations while upholding responsible alcohol service practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
• Experience working with POS systems for order processing and transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude conducive to team collaboration and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
