Full-Time Bartender

Noble Fare is a premier restaurant offering a warm, inviting atmosphere and a refined culinary experience. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, creative cocktails, extensive wine list and a commitment to quality. Our team is looking for a full-time Bartender who is passionate about mixology, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences. As the Bartender, you will play a key role in managing day to day inventory, creating cocktails, ensuring consistency in all drinks coming from the bar to the table. Taking pride in your workspace and organization of a bar. You must be able to climb stairs and carry 20lbs.

What we’re looking for

• Previous professional bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Warm, polished guest-service skills
• Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and composed during a busy service
• Current alcohol-service certification, or willingness to obtain it

Requirements:

• Leadership & Management: Supervise and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
• Inventory Control: Oversee ordering, receiving, and managing inventory to ensure the bar is always well-stocked and organized.
• Customer Experience: Ensure patrons have a top-notch experience by addressing concerns, offering recommendations, and providing friendly bar service.
• Staff Training: Train and mentor waitstaff on service standards, drink preparation, and customer interaction.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws, including proper handling and serving of alcohol. Must have bar card.
