Full-Time Bartender / Mixologist

Odd Side Social Brews — Fruitport, MI

Enjoy creating cocktails and making people feel welcome? Odd Side Social Brews is looking for a creative, dependable full-time bartender/mixologist to join our Fruitport team.

We’re looking for someone who can make consistently great drinks, deliver attentive service, and bring fresh ideas to our seasonal cocktail menu and weekly specials. You should be comfortable talking with guests, recommending drinks, and keeping service running smoothly during a busy shift.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and nonalcoholic drinks.
• Help develop seasonal cocktails and weekly drink specials.
• Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar and throughout the taproom.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent drink quality and presentation.
• Keep the bar, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, and prep duties.
• Work closely with the team to keep guests well taken care of.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and check identification.

What we’re looking for

• Previous bartending or cocktail experience preferred.
• An interest in cocktail development, ingredients, and presentation.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
