Full-Time Batch Mentor – IT & Programming Courses

RKDEMY TechSkills is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Full-Time Batch Mentor to support students enrolled in our programming and IT development courses.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting students during lectures, monitoring their academic and technical progress, and ensuring smooth batch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lecture Coordination & Support
• Be present during scheduled lectures for Full Stack Java Development, Full Stack Python Development, and C Programming.
• Assist trainers in conducting lectures and practical sessions.
• Ensure smooth classroom and lab operations.
• Student Mentoring & Technical Support
• Guide students during coding practice, assignments, and practical sessions.
• Help students understand programming concepts and resolve basic technical doubts.
• Motivate students to complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Batch Management
• Maintain student attendance and batch records.
• Monitor assignment completion and student performance.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding syllabus progress and pending topics.
• Follow up with students regarding attendance, assignments, and course progress.
• Student Progress & Reporting
• Track students' technical learning progress.
• Identify students requiring additional support.
• Share regular batch updates and progress reports with management.
• Coordinate assessments, examinations, and project presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, BSc IT, MCA, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of C, Java, and Python programming.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage students and coordinate multiple batches.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates interested in teaching, mentoring, and the IT training industry.
• Freshers with strong programming fundamentals may apply.
• Previous experience in student mentoring or technical training will be an advantage.
