Full-time Board Certified Physician Assistant

Innovative Primary Care is a well established quickly growing primary care clinic in beautiful Rockport Tx providing the highest quality of care to our patients. We take pride in building long lasting relationships with our patients. We want to spend time with our patients and address all their issues during each encounter.

We are currently seeking a full time Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing practice. Experience is preferred but not necessary. All candidates will be considered.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. All interested candidates should be comfortable with providing direct patient care and posess the ability to provide medical services to patients.

All interested candidates should be able to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order lab studies and conduct professional consultations. A current and unrestricted state and DEA license is required. Must be familiar with EHR medical charting. This position requires a team player, adaptive and flexible with strong written interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation is based on experience.

Must have a clear license with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient care coordination.
• Administer basic life support and provide patient education on health maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on current medical practices and participate in continuous education opportunities.

Pay: $121,035.05 - $127,927.14 per year
