Full-Time Bookkeeper

Better Accounting and Tax Strategies, LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Naples, Florida.

This is a full-time position, and applicants must currently live in the Naples, Florida area. The bookkeeper will work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for clients
• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable
• Assist with payroll-related bookkeeping and reporting
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping matters
• Work closely with our accounting and tax professionals

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn accounting software
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must live in or near Naples, Florida

Experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping for multiple clients is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
