Full Time Bookkeeper

Plastic surgery surgical center and med spa seeking an experienced, dependable bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting for two related businesses; a surgery center and med spa.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for both businesses

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

• Track income and expenses

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets

• Organize accounts payable and receivable

• Coordinate with the practice's CPA or tax preparer as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bookkeeping experience and strong attention to detail

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Medical surgery center and med spa experience preferred

• Able to prepare clear, timely monthly reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
