Full-Time Breakfast Service Crew (Morning Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, cheerful and proactive Full-Time Breakfast Service Crew / Service Associate to join our restaurant team. This role is mainly responsible for daily breakfast operations, including guest service, table clearing and resetting, buffet monitoring, replenishment and breakfast closing duties. We are looking for someone who is energetic, service-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced breakfast environment. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative — someone who notices what needs to be done and takes action without always waiting for instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet breakfast guests warmly with a friendly and cheerful smile
• Provide attentive and professional service to guests
• Assist guests with seating and attend to their requests
• Clear and reset tables efficiently during breakfast service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
• Monitor the breakfast buffet and keep the buffet area clean and organised
• Replenish plates, cutlery, glasses, beverages and other service items when required
• Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy breakfast periods
• Assist teammates whenever support is required
• Learn and understand the full breakfast opening and setup procedures
