Full-Time Cashier/Waitress

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, upselling menu items
• Process all sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in food service roles such as cashiering and serving is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Willing to learn and work flexible hours
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly
