Full Time Center Associate

About the Role:
This position supports daily operations at a new UPS Store franchise location in Brannon Crossings. Associates provide excellent customer service while actively driving sales and upselling shipping, printing, and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and upsell shipping, printing, and retail services
• Educate customers on service options and value-added solutions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Operate POS and computer systems
• Handle packages and lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean, organized store
• Learn and perform notary services (training provided if needed)

Requirements:

• Weekend availability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
• Notary Public preferred (or willingness to become one)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
