Full Time Chef

Colbeh Persian Kitchen is looking to hire a talented and passionate Full-Time Chef familiar with Middle Eastern cuisine to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative Chef who wants to play a key role in developing and improving our menu while maintaining the high standards we are known for.

Working Hours:

Mainly daytime hours

Salary:

£30,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new menu items with a strong focus on authentic and innovative Middle Eastern and Persian cuisine
• Lead the development and implementation of an exciting brunch menu
• Create set menus for large bookings, private events, and special occasions
• Work alongside the existing team to maintain and improve the overall quality and consistency of our food offering
• Ensure the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and food safety are consistently maintained
• Help maintain our excellent 5-star food hygiene rating
• Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales, particularly on online delivery platforms
• Support continuous improvement of our offering and customer experience

About You:

• Experienced Middle Eastern or Persian Chef with strong knowledge of traditional and modern dishes
• Creative, organized, and passionate about food
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• High standards of cleanliness and kitchen management
• Interested in menu development and business growth
