We’re a proudly independent hotel and pub/restaurant, which means there’s no head office handing down recipes and no corporate spec sheets. Just a hands-on kitchen team creating real food we’re proud of.

Here’s the best bit: we change our menus every month. That means fresh ideas, new dishes and plenty of room to bring your own flair, build your skills and grow your career.

We’re looking for:

• Chefs of any level, from keen beginners to seasoned pros
• A passion for good food and a love of learning
• A team player with a sense of humour
