The Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant or Junior Chef to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and keen to develop their skills in a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking duties
• Support chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes during service

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• A genuine interest in cooking and learning new cuisines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Level 2 food hygiene certification

Working Hours

• 40-50hours per week

Pay

• From £12.71 per hour, depending on experience
• Start immediately
