Full Time Class A driver

FO Logistics is looking for a reliable and experienced Full-Time Class A CDL Driver to join our growing Las Vegas operation.

This is primarily a local position, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to handle different types of work. Our operation includes local pickup and delivery, airport freight, conventions and trade shows, warehouse transfers, dedicated customer routes, and occasional regional runs.

This is not a position where you will only drive a tractor-trailer. The right candidate must be willing to operate both 53' tractor-trailers and 26' box trucks with liftgates depending on the needs of the operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer equipment safely and professionally
• Handle local pickups and deliveries throughout the Las Vegas Valley
• Operate 26' box trucks with liftgates when needed
• Pick up and deliver freight at warehouses, airports, hotels, casinos, convention centers, and customer locations
• Handle convention and trade show pickups and deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading freight when required
• Use pallet jacks, liftgates, and other freight-handling equipment
• Properly secure freight before transportation
• Complete BOLs, PODs, inspections, and other required paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and any issues
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed
• Be available for early morning, evening, weekend, and after-hours work when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Experience operating a 53' tractor-trailer
• Comfortable operating a 26' box truck with liftgate
• Local P&D or LTL experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to safely back into docks and maneuver in tight locations
• Must be comfortable handling freight and assisting with loading/unloading when needed
• Experience using pallet jacks and liftgates
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Must communicate well with dispatch, customers, and other team members
• Must be able to pass all required employment and DOT screenings
• Must have a flexible schedule
• WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

SCHEDULE:

Full-Time

This position will primarily work Monday through Friday; however, weekend availability is a must.

Our business includes conventions, trade shows, dedicated customer work, airport freight, and special projects that regularly require Saturday and Sunday coverage.

The ideal candidate must be flexible and available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional after-hours work depending on customer and operational needs.

WORK LOCATION:

Las Vegas, Nevada

Primarily local work with occasional regional runs to surrounding Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Southern California markets.

COMPENSATION:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Additional hours and weekend work may be available depending on business needs.
