About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Classroom Support to join our team and support the implementation of our education technology products in schools.

You will visit schools to assist with product setup, support the classroom implementation, and guide the school's Person-in-Charge (PIC) on the features, functions and proper use of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools in Penang to provide on-site classroom support.
• Set up and prepare our products/platforms for use in schools.
• Assist with the implementation of our products during school sessions and activities.
• Guide the school's Person-in-Charge (PIC) on the product's features, functions and usage.
• Assist teachers and school staff with basic product usage and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the setup and implementation process runs smoothly.
• Communicate with the internal team regarding school activities and any issues encountered.
• Maintain records and reports of school visits, activities and implementation progress.
• Provide feedback and suggestions based on on-site experience.
• Support other school-related activities or events when required.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a full-time, 1-year contract.
• Available to start in December 2026.
• Based in Penang and willing to travel to different schools within Penang.
• Must have own transportation for travelling to schools.
• Must have own laptop.
• Petrol and toll expenses will be covered for work-related travel.
• Comfortable communicating with teachers and school staff.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms and tools.
• Prior experience in education, customer support, school operations or technology-related roles will be an advantage.
