Full time cleaner

Achieve Corporate Services is seeking an experienced and highly reliable Full-Time Cleaner to join our team, based in the Beenleigh and surrounding areas.

This is a mobile cleaning position, and regular travel between different client sites will be required as part of the role. Work will include a mix of commercial cleaning and cleaning of vacant residential properties.

To support the travel requirements of the position, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided to the successful applicant for work-related travel.

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Hold a current National Police Check
• Have previous professional cleaning experience
• Hold a current Australian driver's licence
• Be comfortable travelling between multiple work sites as required
• Be able to demonstrate a strong history of reliability and consistent attendance

About the Role

The successful applicant will travel between various client sites throughout the working day and complete cleaning services according to site requirements, specifications and allocated timeframes.

The position may include both scheduled commercial cleaning and one-off cleaning of vacant residential properties.

Duties may include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and amenities
• Cleaning kitchens and kitchen facilities
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Emptying bins and replacing liners
• Cleaning glass, mirrors and windows where required
• Spot cleaning walls, doors and other surfaces
• Detailed cleaning of vacant residential properties
• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Following client specifications, cleaning schedules and site instructions
• Completing work within allocated timeframes
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage or site concerns
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
• Driving between multiple client sites as required throughout the working day

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated and takes pride in their work.

Reliability is extremely important in this role. Our clients rely on services being completed at scheduled times, so we require someone who consistently attends work as rostered and communicates promptly if an issue arises.

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous commercial and/or professional domestic cleaning experience – mandatory
• Current National Police Check – mandatory
• Current Australian driver's licence – mandatory
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Good attention to detail
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication skills
• Professional presentation and attitude
• Ability to manage multiple sites and cleaning requirements
• Confidence driving between locations
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of cleaning work

Experience in commercial cleaning, bond/vacate cleaning, property cleaning or similar work will be highly regarded.
