Full time cleaner

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, pipes and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Conduct regular commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Maintain facilities by reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure safety and functionality
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for all staff and visitors
• Use specialized equipment for tasks such as floor polishing or window cleaning when required
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep
• Keep detailed records of cleaning activities and supply inventory to ensure consistent service quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety standards
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
