About the Role:

We’re hiring for a full-time CNA to provide meaningful, person-centered care to older adults in a welcoming, values-driven community. You’ll assist with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice.

The Details:

• Base Pay: Starting at $21.57/hr. (more DOE)

• Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr. for evening shift.

• Schedule: Day shift (6:15 am - 2:30 pm) Evening shift (2:15pm–10:30pm) NOC (10:15 pm- 6:30 am)

• DAY shifts available:

• Sunday – Thursday (2 positions)

• Friday- Mon (2 positions)

• EVE shifts available:

• Sunday - Thursday (2 positions)

• Friday - Monday ( 3 position open)

• NOC Shifts available:

• Friday - Monday (4)

• Tuesday - Saturday (2)

• Weekend Availability Required

• Status: Full-time with benefits

✅ What You Need:

• At least 18 years of age
• Current Oregon CNA certification
• Current CPR/1st Aid or BLS Certificate
• Valid Oregon Food Handler Card
• Previous caregiving experience
• A heart for older adults
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be a team player
