Full time commis chef

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Chef to join our dynamic team. House of Culture in the Sai Ying Pun is an independently owned family oriented restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing your own station.

As a full-time position, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our hospitality team.

What you'll be doing

• cooking and food preparation

• Working well in a open kitchen

• Serving meals and beverages to customers in a timely manner

• Working within a team environment

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

  ordering a stock take

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
