We are seeking a Full-Time Computer Systems Technician to join our dynamic team in the United States. Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for retail POS systems and related hardware.

• Manage and maintain computer networks, servers, and infrastructure.
• Support software applications including Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Assist with system updates, configurations, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of systems and support activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to retail clients.
• Support IT infrastructure projects as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote management tools like SCCM.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and network administration.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
• Knowledge of retail POS systems is a plus but not required.
