Job Summary
The Dining Room Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for residents and families. This position involves overseeing the dining room operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the dining room, ensuring smooth service and resident satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and manage dining room staff.
• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a skilled workforce.
• Develop and manage budgets and menus for dining room operations, ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food service and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor dining room cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess potential candidates for dining room positions.
• Proficient in budgeting to manage operational costs efficiently.
• Experience in fine dining environments to uphold high service standards.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within food service establishments.
• Culinary knowledge is a plus to enhance collaboration with kitchen staff.

Pay: $15.22 - $15.79 per hour
