Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, adhering strictly to recipes and presentation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety by following sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
• Contribute to high-volume food production during peak hours while maintaining quality control
• Participate in food safety management practices, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation routines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant with a focus on high-volume production
• Knowledge of general culinary skills
• Experience with recipe adherence, quality control and food safety sanitizing procedures
• Familiarity with operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent food handling skills with an emphasis on hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
