The Peace Well

Pay: $48.00 - $91.00 per hour
Job description:
Do you want complete flexibility over your time and schedule? Private practice is where it's at!
We are looking for a full-time LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT or LIMFT who is open to working with adults, adolescents, and couples.
EMDR training would be great, but not required.
Willing to take insurance.
We have a faith-based team culture though we do not only work with faith-based clients.
This is a contract 1099 position with no employee benefits. You will take home a 55%-60% commission (depending on licensure), with a bonus structure in place for seeing 10, 15, or 20 clients a week or more, and options for yearly raises.
We provide a company email address, client management software, and business cards as part of the contract.
We are looking for someone comfortable using technology and coordinating client care without a large admin department. A self-starter who can create effective treatment plans and walk with clients towards success.
Please reach out if you have any specific questions!
