Full Time Custodian

Job Title: Full-Time Cleaner / Janitorial
Location: Gather GVL
Pay: $15–$16/hour

Gather GVL is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaner / Janitorial team member to help keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests, vendors, and staff.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and can stay productive while working independently. Because Gather is open 7 days a week, weekend availability is required.

Schedule:

• Full-time position, approximately 30–40 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• Schedule may include mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
• Shifts may begin before opening or extend after closing
• Gather is open 7 days a week from 10 AM–10 PM
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the property

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain restrooms, common areas, hallways, stairways, and outdoor spaces
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the property
• Wipe down tables, surfaces, doors, and high-touch areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the property
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the day
• Monitor restrooms and common areas for cleanliness and address issues as they arise
• Assist with additional cleaning before and after busy events
• Help maintain cleanliness of the property during weekends and high-volume periods
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Communicate supply needs, maintenance concerns, or cleanliness issues to management
• Work independently while staying on task and completing assigned responsibilities
• Support the overall cleanliness and appearance of Gather to provide a great guest experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 25–40 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Comfortable working around varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift
