( Full Time ) - Customer Service Coordinator - West

Work Day : 5 Days Work Week

Mon - Fri : 8:30am to 6pm

Location : West

The Job:

• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping, import, and export documents according to SOPs.
• Process customer orders and invoices accurately.
• Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on daily operations.
• Work with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Meet operational KPIs and follow company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

The Talent:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; WMS or ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
