WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• Must have great attitude
• Must be a Team Player
• Provide incidental teaching to individuals served, staff, and families concerning medications and their use
• Documents all care in individuals’ medical records and completes required facility documentation
• Performs related residential duties as required
• May assume lead worker duties as assigned
• This position is essential to providing services needed to ensure health and safety of individuals
