Full Time E-Commerce Admin

About the role

SIXPHY NATION' is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Full Time E-Commerce Admin to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Full Time E-Commerce Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our online sales and customer service activities. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Description:

1. Managing order processing and fulfilment, including order tracking and communication with customers
2. Providing exceptional customer service through email, phone and chat support
3. Maintaining and updating product information, inventory levels and sales data on our e-commerce platforms
4. Assisting with the creation and scheduling of marketing content for our online channels
5. Able to create content for product posting, marketing, or social media
6. Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements
7. Performing general administrative tasks to support the e-commerce operations

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or customer service role
2. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English language. Verbal chinese is an added advantage.
4. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, MS Office suite, Capcut, Canva or other editing software.
5. A customer-centric mindset and the desire to provide a high level of service
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
7. Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
8. Familiar with Big Seller platform is an added advantage
