We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and versatile Evening Float to join our team at our warm and welcoming assisted living community. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and values a meaningful work experience, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Dining Room Support:
• Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
• Bus and reset tables efficiently between meal services
• Front Desk Duties:
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Greet residents, family members, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Facility Support:
• Perform general cleaning tasks to help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with miscellaneous duties to support various departments as needed

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task and remain organized in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or senior living (preferred but not required)
