Full Time Floor Manager

Position Overview
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, energetic, and hands-on Floor Manager to join our team! This isn’t your sit-behind-a-desk kind of role—you’ll be right in the action, learning the ins and outs of park operations, building up your team, and making sure every guest leaves saying “WOW!”

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the park running smoothly by overseeing daily operations (staffing, cleanliness, and guest experience)
• Be the go-to floor leader—support your team, solve guest concerns, and keep safety top priority
• Train, coach, and hype up your team to deliver top-tier service
• Help manage schedules, handle cash, and keep shifts running efficiently
• Conduct walkthroughs to ensure everything is clean, safe, and ready for action
• Jump in on light maintenance and hands-on tasks when needed
• Lead by example by creating a Better than AWESOME™ guest experience every single day

Qualifications:

• Leadership or supervisory experience (school, sports, or volunteer counts!)
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment
• Eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
• Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting, bending, cleaning)
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays
