Full Time Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling, handling insurance verification and claims processing, checking patients in and out, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience from check-in to check-out. Must have dental knowledge. Eaglesoft knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances
• Manage daily schedule to optimize provider productivity
• Verify patient insurance information
• Submit claims
• Present treatment plans to patients

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
