Tribal Waters is a growing swimming pool construction company looking for a reliable, customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. If you’re organized, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers and visitors
• Answer and route incoming calls (multi-line system)
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Provide information about services and departments
• Support the sales team with inquiries and follow-ups
• Admin projects as needed
• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and professional

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable with computers (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Strong typing skills
