Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hotel Engineer to join our maintenance team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of hotel facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience in industrial maintenance, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in manufacturing facilities, HVAC systems, or industrial electrician work is highly valued. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills.
• Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and precision measuring instruments.
• Manage high voltage and low voltage electrical systems with safety protocols in place.
• Utilize testing equipment such as ammeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
• Assist with field service tasks and support manufacturing operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or staff maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC, hydraulics, electrical systems, and schematics interpretation.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician skills, and troubleshooting high/low voltage systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
• Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English.
• Military background or experience in industrial mechanics is considered a plus for this role. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure hotel operations run smoothly at all times.
